Our monovarietal EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL KALAMATA Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) is extracted by the fruits of Koroneiki variety of the Messinian olive groves. The olives are picked while they are still green and being processed at the mill within a temperature during malaxation that does not exceed 27 °C, to guarantee the quality of the oil and preserve its volatile characteristics, color and antioxidant properties.
