Titan Foods ships throughout all 50 states in the U.S.A. and worldwide. Rest assured that we use the finest quality materials to ship out your order. All merchandise is inspected and handled with utmost care before its packed as we strive to get you the best products and service available.

Placing your Order:

Once your order has processed a confirmation email will be sent your way. The confirmation email includes all the items purchased. Once the order is packed and ready to ship you will receive an additional email with your tracking number. If you encounter a problem along the way, please call us at (718) 626-7771 between the hours of 10:00 am -4:00 pm (EST).

Perishables 

Perishables are packed by our team with ice packs and cool shield packaging. Please note that warmer states need to select a minimum 2-3 day shipping option. For any question or concerns on perishable items please call us directly at (718) 626-7771 before placing your order.

 

Pick Up or Same Day Delivery

Currently there is no same day delivery option. All orders are packed and shipped via carrier. For same day service you may call us at (718) 626-7771 and place a pickup order over the phone. Note that there is a 4-hour service window due to the multitude of orders placed. Please place your pickup order at least a day or 4-6 hours in advance.

Once the order leaves our facility, we cannot make any changes. Packages do not require a signature by our carriers as a default for residential addresses and will be left at the shipping address provided under the carriers discretion.

Continental US - Shipping Options and Times

All orders placed between Monday-Thursday (EST) with standard shipping, usually ship on the same or on the next day. All orders placed Friday- Sunday (EST), will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders are sent out in the order they have been received.

Standard shipping regardless of carrier does not guarantee immediate delivery, shipping time may vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that we are not responsible for delays and/or items lost during transit.

All expedited orders placed on weekdays (expedited 2-Day or expedited Overnight) will ship the same day.

To use any other available shipping options that are not listed on our website please call us directly at (718) 626-7771 and a customer service representative will further assist you.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands - Shipping Options and Times

Service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

The following are approximate transit times for the above locations:

Standard shipping: 6-12 business days
Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days
Overnight shipping: 1-2 business days

All perishables must be shipped via overnight delivery.

International Shipments

Titan Foods ships most of our items worldwide. Customers are responsible for duties and other taxes levied by the destination's local regulations. Titan Foods is not responsible for lost, stolen, seized, delayed, or damaged packages. All sales are final on shipments made outside the continental US. We do not ship perishable items outside the U.S.A/Canada. Please note that orders shipped internationally do not have guaranteed delivery times. US P.O. Boxes - General Information 

When using a P.O. Box address, we can only mail the order via USPS carrier. Additionally, only small orders are mailed by USPS to P.O. Box addresses (there is a weight limit). Please contact us at (718) 626-7771 for further questions and assistance pertaining this matter.
