Please note that since all cheeses are perishable, we ask that all customers living west of Chicago and south of Georgia select the expedited shipping option (FedEx 2 Day) when ordering cheeses.
We reserve the right to remove and refund any cheeses placed for orders being shipped to states that require more than 2 business days to ship. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for perishable items.
While we do carefully pack our cheeses with the appropriate ice packs, we still do not advise cheeses to remain non-refrigerated while in transit for an extended period of time as this will severely decrease their quality.
