Hard cheese from pure sheep milk and at least of a 3-month ripening process. Cheese with full and slightly spicy flavor. Choose it to uniquely accompany a glass of wine with fruit, rusks and breadcrumbs. Try it in a saganaki recipe, grated into various dishes or plain as a table cheese. Minimum order quantity  2 lb  maximum order quantity 10 lb .
