This Greek Lemonade with mastic flavored sparkling water will refresh you and help you digest. Made with juice of aromatic Greek lemons, and with natural Chios mastic is a truly authentic "lemonada" but with a therapeutic "twist", the mastic.
In 2020 the Chios Mastiha has been granted an official approval as a natural remedy, by the European Medicines Agency, E.M.A.(https://www.ema.europa.eu/en/medicines/herbal/pistacia-lentiscus-resinum-mastic). The Herbal Medicinal Products Committee (H.P.M.C.) of the EMEA, classified Chios Mastiha as a traditional herbal medicine with two main therapeutic indications: mild dyspeptic disorders, and minor skin inflammation and minor skin wound healing. As described in the herbal monograph, the posology recommended for adults and elderly is 1-2g daily.
