Description

In the old-time Cyprus, these tahini breads were sold by street carts, that could be found anywhere; today they are sold in bakeries, groceries and super-markets or are made at home.  Especially popular in schools and during fasting, tahinopitas are an easy snack for every time of the day, they are full of flavor and a filling choice, especially in fasting periods, as it contains no dairy, no olive oil and no animal products.

  • Flour, tahini (crushed sesame seeds), honey, sugar, water, yeast, vegetable oil, cinnamon 
  • May contain mahleb, mastic, vanilla

    l love to older more but I like it with a lot more taxini but is very good it just me if you ever at more in it please let me know thank you

    This is as close as we have had in Cyprus. It is delicious and we have to wait for it to get shipped to Arizona. We enjoy it very much. A nice treat.

    I found this product to be delicious. I split it up into a few big pieces and froze them. I warm up a piece for breakfast in the oven and I am set till lunchtime.
