Description
Sour trachanas is an authentic Greek dry pasta, made with flour, eggs and milk. It is called "sour" because traditionally they used the leftover milk or yogurt that had gone sour.
Trachanas or Trahanas is cooked as a thick soup. To cook boil on medium heat stirring ,cook for 10' minutes.
Serve with crumbled 'Arahova' feta cheese on top, for a delicious meal.
