Traditional made tender pita, that is almost totally hand made. Each individual pita is sized and shaped from skilled workers and is stretched by hand before going into the oven.
Although you may carefully open a pocket and fill the pita, the original way is to wrap the pita around the contents and roll into a sandwich.
For best results keep refrigerated and heat before serving. For pita toasts, cut into 4 pieces and insert in toaster.
Great choice to enjoy tzatziki, taramosalata, skordalia and tyrokafteri.
