These Cyprian caper leaves are handpicked from wild uncultivated caper bushes and packaged into a 1 kg jar. The Cypriots and the Greeks traditionally pickle the caper leaves for a long time and use them mainly in salads. Caper leaves are also used as an accompaniment to the Greek meze and served with olive oil.
