These Cyprian caper leaves are handpicked from wild uncultivated caper bunches. The Cypriots and the Greeks traditionally pickle the caper leaves for a long time and use them mainly in salads. Caper leaves are also used as an accompaniment to the Greek meze, and served with olive oil.
