Anchovy fillets (Antsougies in Greek, Engraulis encrasicolus species) are fish with distinctive nutritional characteristics as they are considered natural source of Omega-3 & calcium. Omega-3 Fatty acids comprise the dominant category of anchovy's fat and it is proven that they contribute to maintain a healthy heart, brain and vision, while calcium contributes to the health of muscles, bones and teeth. These anchovy fillets are preserved in sunflower oil and packaged with salt. Keep refrigerated.

Nowadays his children, Stathis and Dimitris, on the steps of their father’s deep knowledge and care, continue to produce the same premium quality products, awarded for both their taste and their packaging. “North Evia” fish delicacies with their unique taste and premium quality are exported in several countries; the product range includes a variety of smoked or non smoked fish such as anchovies, sardines, tuna, mackerel, herring, seafood, etc. preserved either in sea salt or in sunflower oil.
