Orino Kasseri is a delicious Greek yellow cheese with a sharp taste that goes excellently with your favorite bread or toast or even on its own! Wheel is approximately 2.15 - 2.25 lbs. Weight varies slightly for each wheel. We always pack our cheeses with ice packs and then wrap them in a protective thermal shield to ensure that they stay cool while in transit!
