These toasts are made with 6 cereals and sourdough, using an old recipe and bakery art. The cereal flours and oat flakes are pugged with water and fresh yeast, and the dough is let to rise slowly with rest intervals in order to acquire its distinctive texture and taste. Afterward the dough is stretched flat, forms the bread that is baked, cut and toasted the right way, to be the country style toasts that we all love, the unique Papadopoulou country style toasts with 80% cereal!
