Preparation Instructions
- Pour lukewarm water into the briki, use the cup as a measure
- Add coffee and sugar and stir very well
- Bring to boil and remove when coffee rises and has formed a foam (called kaymak)
- To preserve the kaymak, pour the coffee back to the cup by keeping the pot low
